Site-finished Hardwood

Pre-finished Hardwood
Pre-finished hardwood offers a faster installation process that typically takes half the time compared to site-finished hardwood. There's no need to use any paint or polyurethane, resulting in a beautiful staircase without worrying about odors and dust in your home.
Vinyl and Laminate
This is an economical option to get the excellent appearance of noble wood. The installation process consists of gluing the steps or floor of the staircase, which is usually easier and faster than installing hardwood stairs. Additionally, laminates and vinyls do not scratch easily, making them more durable.

Unfortunately, they weren’t given enough love with the coats of finish at that time (a different contractor) and the floors became dry and cracked. Add two older dogs making potty mistakes, and we had some really tough black spots that needed to be removed. Junior was able to get the spots out without replacing boards - which was a miracle. The work is absolutely beautiful. It was all done on time and really professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend him. My floors are smooth and glorious now. I love them.
