D. Zanini2024-04-09Junior and his team did a wonderful job finishing my oak floors in the kitchen and dining room. I had my house remodeled 7 years ago and new oak floors were installed at the time. Unfortunately, they weren’t given enough love with the coats of finish at that time (a different contractor) and the floors became dry and cracked. Add two older dogs making potty mistakes, and we had some really tough black spots that needed to be removed. Junior was able to get the spots out without replacing boards - which was a miracle. The work is absolutely beautiful. It was all done on time and really professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend him. My floors are smooth and glorious now. I love them. Dustless Refinishing: Know the details!
Our specialized flooring team uses the best technologies and equipment to remove almost 90% of the dust from the floors. We also seal doors and cabinets with plastic and adhesive tape to contain most of the remaining dust. Providing not only renewed floors, but also greater protection for your property!
How does it work?
We sand the wood to remove all wear and scratches
We vacuum, clean everything to get really smooth and apply the polyurethane
We apply 3 layers of polyurethane to ensure the durability of your floors!
Water-based or oil-based Polyurethane? Learn what is the difference!
Water-based Polyurethane
Odorless, does not affect breathing, does not affect nature, and is chemical-free. Drying time is between 2 and 4 hours.
Oil-based Polyurethane:
It's the traditional Polyurethane, may have more odor, and has a chemical composition. Drying time is around 24 hours.
